Welcome to Walser Auto Auction, your source for quality used vehicles. The Walser Auto Auction is open to pre-registered, licensed auto dealers. We do not sell to retail customers.

Selling fresh trade-ins from our Twin Cities locations, the Walser Auto Auction endeavors to provide a great selection of vehicles each week. Featuring a wide selection of all popular makes and models so you’ll have no trouble finding the right vehicles to stock your lot.

Auction start time is 12:00pm. Inspection begins at 9:00am sharp. Buyers must be registered with an ACTIVE Dealer's License prior to sale. To register your dealership fill out the registration form and provide copies of your bond, insurance information, and dealer’s license. We will also need copies of each individual’s driver’s license for all parties who wish to test drive the vehicles.

Our weekly auction run list is available to download the Friday prior to the sale. Regarding titles we will now only be taking return for NO TITLES after 45 DAYS and NOT 21 DAYS due to the pandemic slowing things down. Thank you for understanding.

Is the Walser Auto Auction open to the public?
No. WAA is open to licensed dealers only. Retail customers are not allowed on auction property.

How do I register to participate in a Walser Auction?
It’s easy. All information is online at WalserAuction.com. Refer to Registration.

What forms of payment do you accept?
WAA accepts company checks, cash as well as Nextgear Floor Plan.

When do I have to pay for my vehicles?
All paperwork must be signed and payment must be tendered the day of the sale.

Do you offer arbitration on vehicles?
No. All vehicles are sold AS IS. We make every effort to disclose known defects although we are under no obligation to do so.

Can you deliver the vehicles I purchase to my lot?
We no longer provide vehicle deliveries.

Can you store my purchased vehicles for a few days?
No. Purchased vehicles must be removed with in 48 hours of the sale. Remaining vehicles will be charged a $100 per week storage fee.

Auction Policies

  • Licensed dealers only; NOT open to the public. All buyers must be registered prior to the sale.
  • Outside sales are not allowed at any time. Do not bring retail customers to the auction.
  • Nobody under the age of 18 is allowed in the bidding area at any time
  • There will not be any test driving of vehicles prior to purchase
  • Arbitrations will be buy back only, there will not be any adjustments made to the sale price
  • Smoking is prohibited on all Walser property.
  • No food or beverage is allowed in any auction vehicle.
  • All paperwork must be signed the day of the sale. There are NO exceptions to this rule.
  • All vehicles must be paid in full the day of the sale. Company checks, cashier’s checks, cash, Nextgear floorplan, Floorplan Express and AFC are the only acceptable forms of payment. Separate checks for each vehicle purchased is required.
  • If utilizing a floorplan the transaction must be done the day of the sale. Any exceptions must be approved by the corresponding floorplan.
  • All vehicles must be paid in full before removal from Walser property.
  • All vehicles are sold AS-IS. There is no arbitration. The auction will try to announce all known defects but is not required to do so.
  • A buyer may return a vehicle if a clear title has not been provided within twenty-one (21) days from the date of sale.  If vehicle is returned you will not be reimbursed for any costs incurred while the vehicle is in your possession.
  • All purchased vehicles are required to be removed from the lot within 48 hours of purchase. Vehicles left on lot after 48 hours will be subject to a $100 per week storage fee.  You cannot take the keys until the vehicle is leaving the lot.
  • Any vehicle remaining on Walser property after the sale must have a set of keys remain at the auction. If the auction needs to cut a key to move your vehicle the owner will be charged $100 over the cost of cutting the key.
  • $100 fee assessed on all returned checks.

Buy fees are assessed by price.

• $0-$499 = $60 buy fee
• $50-$999 = $110 buy fee
• $1000-$4999 = $210 buy fee
• $5000 and up = $260 buy fee
